A BUILD TO SUIT (BTS) IS WHERE A COMMERCIAL PROPERTY TENANT ENTERS INTO AN AGREEMENT CASTLE BLACK CONSTRUCTION TO CONSTRUCT A NEW, CUSTOM-BUILT FACILITY FOR LEASE. ONCE COMPLETED, THE TENANT TYPICALLY BECOMES THE SOLE OCCUPANT.
